Minor variations in embroidery, embellishments, fabric texture and colour are natural characteristics of handcrafted garments and contribute to the uniqueness of every creation. Such variations should not be considered defects.
While every effort is made to display products accurately, colours may vary slightly depending on photography, lighting conditions and individual screen settings.
All prices displayed on the Vruxon website are shown in the applicable currency and may change without prior notice.
Payments are processed securely through trusted payment partners. Vruxon does not store complete payment card information on its own servers.

As production begins specifically for your request, custom and made-to-order products generally cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged once production has commenced, except where required by applicable law.

Return and exchange eligibility is governed by our dedicated Return & Exchange Policy, including inspection procedures, eligibility requirements and applicable timelines.
Supporting photographs, videos or additional information may be requested before a return or exchange request can be reviewed.
Cancellation requests submitted shortly after purchase will be reviewed according to the production stage of the order.
Orders that have entered production, customization, quality inspection or dispatch preparation may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
Where cancellation is approved before production begins, eligible refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
