Every Vruxon creation is produced with exceptional attention to detail using carefully selected fabrics, embroidery techniques and finishing processes.
Minor variations in embroidery, embellishments, fabric texture and colour are natural characteristics of handcrafted garments and contribute to the uniqueness of every creation. Such variations should not be considered defects.
While every effort is made to display products accurately, colours may vary slightly depending on photography, lighting conditions and individual screen settings.
All prices displayed on the Vruxon website are shown in the applicable currency and may change without prior notice.
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers, including Razorpay for supported transactions. Vruxon does not store complete payment card information on its own servers. See our Privacy Policy for information about personal data processing.
If a pricing or technical error is identified before dispatch, Vruxon reserves the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund where applicable.
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Receipt of an order confirmation email does not constitute final acceptance of the order.
Every order is reviewed for payment authorization, availability and quality assurance before dispatch. If an order cannot be fulfilled, our Client Advisors will contact you with an appropriate resolution.
Once production, customization or dispatch preparation has begun, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible depending on the stage of fulfilment.
Every order is carefully inspected and prepared before dispatch through trusted domestic and international logistics partners.
Delivery estimates are provided for convenience only. Production schedules, courier operations, customs procedures or unforeseen events may occasionally affect delivery timelines.
Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information during checkout.
International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, local taxes and other government charges depending on the destination country.
Import duties, taxes, customs fees and handling charges depend on the destination and are the recipient responsibility unless the checkout or order confirmation states otherwise. Delivery estimates may be affected by customs. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details and complying with applicable import requirements.
Certain Vruxon creations are individually produced based on custom measurements, personalised requests or bespoke modifications. These garments are crafted exclusively for the client placing the order.
Custom-sized, made-to-order, personalized and altered products are excluded from returns and exchanges under our Return & Exchange Policy. Cancellation requests must still be submitted within 12 hours, but an order already in production, customization, quality inspection or dispatch preparation may no longer be cancellable.
Clients are encouraged to carefully review all sizing, measurements and customization details before confirming their purchase.
Client satisfaction remains one of Vruxon's highest priorities. If you believe your order has arrived with a manufacturing defect or requires further review, please contact our Client Advisors as soon as possible.
Return and exchange eligibility is governed by our Return & Exchange Policy. Requests must be submitted within 4 days after receipt. Heritage products are non-returnable except that a damaged-on-arrival case may be accepted in rare circumstances after review. Luxe returns are limited to wrong or defective items. One Luxe exchange per order may be requested for another product or a wrong size ordered, subject to approval and availability. Custom-sized, made-to-order, personalized and altered items are excluded from returns and exchanges.
Supporting photographs, an unboxing video or other information may be requested to review a claim. Wait for approval and return instructions before shipping an item. The full process and exclusions are described in the Return & Exchange Policy.

Unauthorized access, automated scraping, reverse engineering, malicious software, fraudulent transactions or misuse of website content may result in suspension of access and appropriate legal action.
If you create a Vruxon account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities carried out under your account.

Respecting your privacy is fundamental to the Vruxon experience. We process personal information as described in our Privacy Policy, including for accounts, orders, payment processing, delivery, support and marketing choices. Sensitive payment information is processed securely by trusted payment providers and is never stored on Vruxon's own servers.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Vruxon shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or delays beyond our reasonable control.
Nothing contained within these Terms is intended to limit any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, transportation interruptions, labour disputes or supply chain disruptions, may affect production or delivery schedules.
In such situations, Vruxon will make every reasonable effort to minimise delays and keep clients informed.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights and rules that apply where you live. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts in Surat, Gujarat, India, subject to those mandatory rights and rules.
All content published on the Vruxon website, including logos, photographs, graphics, product imagery, text, designs and layouts, is the exclusive property of Vruxon or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission from Vruxon.
